We had a GREAT weekend! Saturday morning we loaded up with Nana and Papa and went to get apples and pumpkins. Some of my fondest memories as a little girl is going with Mom & Dad to get apples in the fall. I want my girls to have some great memories when they are older and we have so much fun!
Here we are at Hillside - Abs has an apple slushie and Lily is eating a carmel apple! The next part of our adventure took us to Burt's Pumpkin Farm. We love going to see the HUGE pumpkins and getting pics on top of them but since I can only show a few pics...I chose the one with Nana & Papa. Abs loved helping pick out the pumpkins to put in our wheelbarrow.
I had to share this pic. Lily decided she was going to pick out a pumpkin that was as big as she is. She couldn't pick it up and she was so frustrated....It was hilarious!
Church time! I just wanted to show off my matching girls...I know it's crazy but I love dressing them alike...LOL!
And finally - we decorated some small pumpkins last night. We drew on some and Abs got to paint one. I still have sharpie and paint on me but we had a great time!
I hope all of you had a great weekend too!

I glad you all had a fabulous weekend. You've got me wanting to go the pumpkin farm. And I love the dresses. You are an awesome seamstress.
What's wrong with dressing your girls alike??? :) Looks like a great weekend!
Aw, it looks like y'all had such a great time. We'll definitely be doing that sometime soon as well. Wade was right, Sara Kate needs a little bulldog dress for this fall. I so, so, so need to dust my sewing machine off and figure out how to make them. You're doing a great job with all your creations!
What a great weekend! I love fall too - the apples, pumpkins, leaves, ahhhh that is my favorite time of the year.
The girls look so cute in their matching outfits! Nothing wrong with dressing them alike!
I say dress them alike as long as you can. Bryn refuses to do it now...sigh. Your girls are cute and I love the Pumpkin Farm. It didn't look too crowded, yet. When I wasn't working, Ken would take a personal day(oh yeah, the kids were homeschooled) and we would go during the week. Now, I feel guilty.
Keep up that sewing girl. You are doing awesome.
Terri
Looks like fun to me. I haven't been to Burt's in such a long time. We went there one time during Christmas and they had the whole place decorated up and you could drive through it. It was pretty neat. I don't know if they still do that or not.
The girls look really cute...even in GT dresses.
Thanks for sharing the pics.
We've been talking about going to the pumpkin farm too! Looks like you guys had a great time. I love the matching dresses (do you think Katie would do that with Ella??)LOL.
That looks like a place we need to go. I love the dresses!
