Thank you shout out...

I just wanted to say a big "THANK YOU" to all of you!!!

Everyone has totally came together to give the children such a wonderful VBS this year. I truly appreciate all of your hard work and dedication for our children as well as the friends & family visitors that are participating. Each one of you are special to me. I am so blessed to have the opportunity to be our children's minister. (I say "our" - because to me, we are one HUGMONGOUS family!)

I hope everyone is having a great week!
I love you all!!!!

Jennifer,
Thanks for all your hard work. Cat and her friends are having a blast. Zoe said, "This place is fun!" Could you get a better compliment from a 4 year old about a church event?

Love,
mb

Jennifer,

Thank you for saying thank you, but we couldn't all do what we are doing this week without YOU!! You are doing SUCH a WONDERFUL job with our children and with this VBS. I know all of the hard work and energy you have put into this week coming together and though many of us are working this week with each other and our children, you are the one who got the ball rolling and who worked so hard to make it all come together on Monday night!!

We ARE all in this TOGETHER!! :) I am so honored to be a part of this church family!! I have witnessed so much love and grace this week at VBS.

Love you girl,

Cyndi

Like the others have said, Thanks goes to you as well. I know everyone appreciates the hard work you've put into making this a fun week for the kids.

True Story:

Bryce sometimes will complain about going to church (I'm gasping with y'all) he says its too long. He always has fun when he gets there, it's just the getting up and getting there. Anyway, when I told him Monday afternoon we were going to church, he kind of fussed. Well, on Tuesday, he said, "Mom, you know how I said I didn't like Vacation Bible School?" "Yes," I answered. And then he continued, "Well, I do, it's a lot of fun. I like it there."

Then that evening when I told him to get ready to go, he was saying "yes, cool, alright" etc. He looks forward to it, and is apparently having a blast.

So, thanks really does go to everybody. All the workers and helpers and you, the organizer for making this a great time for the kiddos.

My sincere appreciate everybody!

Ditto on all above! Maddie and Ella absolutely love bible school. It warms my heart to look around the room and see children and adults with hands in the air singing praise to Jesus. These are some good memories in the making!!! Thank you Jennifer for ALL that you do!

I also love looking around and seeing jay , Sara Kate, T-bird, and all the young ones singing and doing the handmotions in their little outfits. It's just so darn cute. Jayden and Erin have especially loved it. Bryn just keeps talking about when she gets to help with it. I think she's in that transitional stage.

Now, Ken, well I've had to hide the razor blades from him. He now knows why he doesn't teach anything younger than 4th grade. I'm so laughing. I think next year he's going to volunteer early because he said the tribe leaders get the grunt work. I just laugh at him. He likes to be overly dramatic about things. It's been good for him to teach jayden. Jay actually stepped out on a limb this week and let Daddy do something for him instead of saying, "no, I want Mommmy to do it."

Jennifer,

You have done a wonderful job this year!! Thank you for asking my brother and me to help. It just brings joy to my heart that my 21 year old brother loves spending time doing something for others. Thank you for bringing us closer.

Although, it is tiring, I still love to watch the children and them be so into what is going on.
Plus to hear the children, it's like heaven!!

To all the parents: I love your children they are a real joy.

Thanks
Lacey H

Jennifer, thanks for all your hard work. I failed to say that in my above comment, but I didn't want to let this BS get away without letting you know that your planning and work was not only noticed but appreciated. Jayden couldn't quite get the "over" concept down. He thinks that when we go back to church next time, it will still be bible school.
love you,
Terri
